基于数字工卡的航空维修工具RFID管理系统研究

针对通用RFID工具管理软件不能适应航修厂现场维修多样性的问题,提出了开发基于数字工卡的航空维修工具RFID管理系统的技术途径。根据对某航修厂总装车间的调研、分析,归纳了开发需求,确定系统框架。采用Python语言,利用SQLite数据库,开发了工具管理功能模块和维修数字工卡数据库。通过JAVA语言开发了接口程序,实现了以工具信息为向导的多管理软件关联,提高了工厂信息化水平。通过试用单位工具管理功能划分,有效减少了现场维修人员工具管理工作,有助于防范人为因素导致的FOD事故隐患。
Research on RFID Management System for Aviation Maintenance Tools Based on Digitalized Job Card
As the general RFID tool management software cannot adapt to the diversity of on-site maintenance in aviation repair plant,a secondary-development technical approach of the RFID management system for aviation maintenance tools based on digitalized job card is proposed.Based on the research and analysis of the final assembly workshop of a certain aviation repair plant,the development requirements were summarized and the system framework was determined.Then the paper used Python language and SQLite database to develop the tool management function module and the digitalized job card database.And the interface program was developed by using JAVA language to realize multi-management software association guided by tool information,improving the level of factory informatization.By dividing the tool management functions of trial unit,it effectively reduces tool management work for the on-site maintenance personnel,and helps to prevent the hidden danger of FOD accidents caused by human factors.
