文章提出了一种内曲母线环轧外径尺寸实时预测模型,旨在提高环件轧制工艺的精度和效率。研究首先回顾了传统环件外径预测技术,随后针对非规则矩形截面的环轧件,开发了一种基于MATLAB编程的数值积分和迭代计算方法。该方法通过计算初始环件体积并应用材料体积不变原则,预测环件在轧制过程中外径的变化及其导向辊的运动轨迹。通过与CATIA三维建模软件的模型体积对比,验证了模型的准确性和可靠性。研究成果为环轧工艺提供了理论支持,有助于优化生产过程,提升产品质量。
Real Time Prediction Method for Outer Diameter of Curved Busbar Ring Rolled Parts
In the paper,a real time prediction method for the change of the outer diameter of the curved busbar ring rolling piece is proposed,aiming to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the ring rolling process.In the study,the traditional outer diameter prediction technology of rings is reviewed,and then a numerical integration and iterative calculation method based on MATLAB programming is developed for rings with irregular rectangular cross-sections.In this method,the change of the outer diameter of the ring and the movement trajectory of the guide roller during the rolling process are predicted by calculating the initial ring volume and applying the principle of material volume invariance.The accuracy and reliability of the new method are verified by comparing the model volume with CATIA 3D modeling software.The research results provide theoretical support for the ring rolling process,which is helpful to optimize the production process and improve product quality.
