基于CDIO理念的工程类应用型人才培养模式研究

工程类应用型人才的培养旨在培养学生的动手实践能力、创新精神、职业素养、国际思维,适应社会发展。但、当前的人才培养模式存在理论与实践结合不够紧密,知识与能力之间的失衡问题。以实践性较强的专业课程《数控机床及编程》为关注点,CDIO工程教育模式能够明显提高学生学习的积极性、动手实践能力,进而提高教学质量,促进教学改革,为我国普通高校工程类应用型人才的培养提供新思路。
Research on the Training Mode of Engineering Applied Talents Based on CDIO Concept
The training of engineering applied talents aims at cultivating students'hands on practical ability,innovative spirit,professional quality and international thinking,and adapt to the overall environment of social development.However,the current talent cultivation model faces contradiction between theory and practice,and the imbalance between knowledge and ability.Taking the practical professional course numerical control machine tool and programming as the focus,the CDIO engineering education mode can significantly improve students'learning enthusiasm and practical ability,so as to improve teaching quality,promote teaching reform,and provide new ideas for the training of engineering applied talents in ordinary universities in China.
