乡村学校与社区共享体育资源的机制研究

摘要
乡村学校与社区共享体育资源代表一种新的管理方式,其目的在于提高乡村学校和社区体育设施的使用效率,并满足学生与居民的体育活动需求.文章探讨了乡村学校与社区共享体育资源的重要性,分析了目前存在的问题,包括共享体育资源机制不健全、缺乏相关制度保障以及对共享理念认识不足,并据此提出了健全共享体育资源机制、完善相关制度保障机制、创新个体共享意识提升机制的建议.
Abstract
The sharing of sports resources between rural schools and communities represents an innovative management approach that aims to enhance the efficiency of the use of sports facilities in rural schools and communities and to meet the needs of students and residents for physical activity.This paper discusses the importance of sharing sports resources between rural schools and communities,and analyzes the existing problems,including the imperfect mechanism of sharing sports resources,the lack of relevant institutional guarantees,and the lack of understanding of the concept of sharing.Accordingly,it is proposed to improve the mechanism of sharing sports resources,improve the relevant institutional guarantee mechanism,and innovate the mechanism for improving the awareness of individual sharing.
