A Study on Curriculum Reconstruction of Flight Attendant Major from the Perspective of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"
"Post-course-competition-certificate"integration is one of the ways to educate students by integrating industry and education in vocational colleges,which can better meet the needs of enterprises for training students and meet the requirements of new quality productivity for high quality talents.The paper takes the course of first aid on civil aviation in the field of flight attendant major as an example,according to the curriculum reform ideas of according to the requirements of the post,docking competition standards,integrating'1+X'vocational skill level standards,based on the analysis of learning situations and teaching pain points,the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching strategies and assessment methods are reconstructed,through the"seven steps and four exercises"teaching method,the specific practices and effects of curriculum reconstruction are explained.
