Empirical Research on the Integration of Education and Training in Aviation Service English Courses under the Background of Airport Internationalization
This study,within the context of Changsha Huanghua International Airport's endeavor to achieve a Skytrax International Five-Star Airport status,focuses on empirical research concerning the integration of education and training within aviation service-oriented professional English courses under the lens of airport internationalization.It explores the profound reform and synergistic innovation pathway in teaching such courses at Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College through a"Four-Shares"(jointly-built teams,shared resources,collaborative execution,and mutual sharing of outcomes)construction model and a"Three-Integrated"(online education+offline training,classroom education+extracurricular training,school-based education+enterprise-based training)implementation model.The study aims to seamlessly blend academic education with vocational training,thereby enhancing both the specialized English skills and overall competence of aviation service professionals.
