摘要
就业育人工作是高校贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,坚守为党育人、为国育才的初心使命的重要举措.实施思政教育与大学生创新创业教育协同就业育人策略是高校针对大学生就业工作的精准施策,是不断提高就业工作质量和效率的有效途径,对促进高校毕业生充分和高质量就业具有非常重要的价值和意义.思政教育融入创新创业教育后,对大学生树立正确就业意识的影响显著提升,但二者之间的融合度、融合途径、评级方式、师资团队建设等方面还存在不足.高校要在联动机制、人才引培机制、联动评价机制、育人载体、就业育人平台等方面进行优化完善,提升就业育人能力.
Abstract
Employment education work is an important measure for universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and to adhere to the cultivation of talents for the Party and the nation.The implementation of the coordinated employment and education strategy between ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is a precise policy for universities to target college students'employment,an effective way to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of employment work,and has great value and significance in promoting the full and high-quality employment of college graduates.The integration of ideological and political education into innovation and entrepreneurship education has significantly improved the impact on college students'awareness of correct employment.However,there are still shortcomings in terms of the degree of integration,integration methods,evaluation methods,and teacher team building between the two.Universities need to optimize and improve their linkage mechanisms,talent attraction and training mechanisms,linkage evaluation mechanisms,educational carriers,and employment education platforms to enhance their employment and education capabilities.
