Moving towards Practical Knowledge Production:the Goal Orientation of the Teaching Reform on Community Work Courses
With the development of local practice in community work,the distance between course knowledge and local practice has been gradually widened.This phenomenon has become one of the obstacles restricting the team building of social workers and the high-quality development of social work education.Therefore,it is urgent to reform the teaching of community work courses,and the core of the teaching reform should lie in the exploration of the goal and the path of local knowledge construction.The knowledge construction of community work courses should stick to the coordination among educators,students,and practitioners.Through the teaching practice path including practical reflexivity and experience dialogue,the practical knowledge of community work in the educational field can be produced,in order to promote the mutual construction of community work theory and practice and to advance the integration of social work education and local practice.
