摘要
在多规合一及自然资源信息化建设的背景下,各地陆续开展国土空间规划一张图实施监督系统建设.本文以西安市新城区为例,完成了国土空间综合数据库及资源规划智慧管理平台建设,从系统总体设计、系统功能实现的角度,论述了从数据资源整合处理到平台各子系统作用与耦合关系乃至后期的运维保障全流程中的技术特色,以期为自然资源信息化建设提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
Under the background of multiple planning integration and informationization construction of natural resources,one map imple-mentation monitoring system construction of territorial spatial planning has been carried out in succession by various places.This article takes Xincheng District,Xian as an example,constructed integrated daba base and intelligent management platform of resource planning,discusses the technical characteristics in the whole process including integrated processing of data resource,role and coupling relationship of platform subsystems and the operation and maintenance support in later period from the perspective of general system design and the realization of sys-tem function,in order to provide helpful reference for informationization construction of natural resources.
