Application of ArcGIS Model Builder in Urban Landscaping Index Calculation
In order to solve the problems of complex remote sensing indicator calculation process,repetitive work,and low manual pro-cessing efficiency in the selection of national garden cities,a method of using ArcGIS model builder to construct indicator calculation models for automated processing is proposed.An application example of indicator calculation in a certain region of national garden cities shows that the model only needs to set parameters to complete one click operation,taking one of the indicators,the calculation of the coverage rate of the service radius of park greening activity sites,as an example,was explained.In addition to building a single model,multiple models can also be merged into one model.Through one construction,multiple calculation results can be output.Taking the calculation of greenway length and greenway service radius coverage per 10000 people as an example,the implementation idea is explained.The application of this method greatly saves labor hours,improves work efficiency,has high flexibility,and strong scalability,and can be widely applied to data processing tasks in multiple project scenarios.
