The Existing Array Displacement Meter Product Verification and Applicability Analysis
With the rapid development of the city and the increasing complexity of the construction environment,the risk control of the construction process is increasing day by day.Due to the limited conditions of manual monitoring,the use of automatic monitoring instruments is also gradually generalized.However,whether the technical parameters of automatic monitoring instruments meet the requirements needs fur-ther verification.In this paper,the array displacement meter of a manufacturer is taken as the experimental analysis object,and the technical parameters and applicability of the array displacement meter are analyzed.The results show that the instrument can bend 360°,but the angle range is not 360 °.The difference between the single measuring instrument in one day and one week is less than 0.5 mm.The monitoring data of the instrument is still affected by temperature change after temperature compensation,and the accuracy meets 0.005°.That is,the array dis-placement meter is suitable for the monitoring environment with small bending angle and constant temperature at the hose.
