Research on Coordination Degree Monitoring of Urbanization Human-environment Relationship Based on Major National Conditions and National Strength Survey
2021 is the first year of the the 14th Five-Year Plan. The data of The Third National Land Survey and The Seventh National Census were published in that year. The third national land survey is the authoritative data used to analyze land urbanization. Just as the sev-enth national census is the authoritative data used to analyze population urbanization. Therefore,2021 is a good time to quantitatively analyze human-environment relationship and study urban development. This paper uses the above authoritative data to compare the per capita urban construction land at the national, provincial and municipal levels. This paper determines the overall index and stage index of per capita urban construction land, which are used as constants to measure the coordination degree of human-environment relationship. The coordination degree of urbanization human-environment relationship includes overall coordination degree, stage coordination degree and elasticity coefficient. Ac-cording to calculations, the momentum of land urbanization faster than population urbanization in Ningbo in 2021 has been initially reversed. The urbanization of Ningbo's central urban area is growing rapidly. There are still differences in the economical and intensive utilization of construction land in various regions of Ningbo. The calculation method of human-environment relationship has strong applicability and certain popularization value. The author also puts forward the thinking of combining population to predict land use and accurately allocate land.
