三维激光扫描技术在传统建筑物平立面测绘中的应用

三维激光扫描仪具备数字化、精度高、智能化的特点,针对传统建筑物平立面绘制存在的测绘难、耗时长、精度低等问题,结合新型的三维扫描技术,以武汉市某历史建筑物改造项目为例,采用便捷高效的徕卡RTC360 LT三维激光扫描仪,对建筑物内外部结构进行全方位扫描,并结合REGISTER360智能拼接软件将外业获取的点云数据进行预处理、自动拼接、QA/QC检查优化、获取LGS数据成果,最后将点云成果和三维实景模型用AutoCAD绘制出建筑物的平立剖面图.结果表明,通过RTC360三维扫描仪及配套内业软件绘制建筑物平立剖面图精度好、效率高,可为城市规划、传统建筑物保护等后续工作提供基础数据支持和技术保障.
Application of 3D Laser Scanning Technology in Traditional Building Plane and Elevation Mapping
3D laser scanner has the characteristics of digitalization,high accuracy and intelligence. Aiming at the problems of difficult mapping,long time consuming and low accuracy in traditional building plane and elevation drawing,combined with the new 3D scanning tech-nology,taking a historical building reconstruction project in Wuhan as an example,the convenient and efficient Leica RTC360 LT 3D laser scanner is used to scan the internal and external structures of traditional buildings in all directions,combined with Register360 intelligent mo-saics software,the point cloud data obtained in the field are preprocessed,automatically mosaics,QA/QC inspection and optimization,and LGS data results are obtained. Finally,the horizontal and vertical section of the building is drawn with the point cloud results and the 3D real scene model. The results show that the accuracy and efficiency of building plane and vertical section drawing by RTC3603D scanner and supporting office software are good,which can provide basic data support and technical support for the follow-up implementation of urban planning,build-ing protection and other work.
