基于ArcGIS的多种互联网地图数据坐标转换工具研究与应用

互联网数据坐标与WGS84坐标系有一定偏差.但随着互联网的发展,网络数据在城市规划领域的应用越来越广泛,无法与CGCS2000国家大地坐标系的底图相匹配,且项目保密性高.因此,本文基于网络上开源的坐标转换算法,以ArcGIS10.2为平台,运用Python语言二次开发了一套百度高德坐标转换工具.针对其中的WGS84转百度地图坐标方法,提出了用最小二乘方法拟合出平差公式进行平差.实践证明,该工具箱可以快速地进行矢量和栅格数据坐标转换,提高了数据精度.
Research and Application of Coordinate Transformation Tools Based on ArcGIS for Multiple Internet-based Map Data
Most internet-based map data coordinates have a certain deviation from internationally-accepted WGS84 coordinate system. However,with the development of the internet,the application of internet-based map data in the field of urban planning has become more and more extensive,which can not match the base map of the China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000,and the project is highly confidentiality. To solve this problem,an Amap coordinate transformation tool was constructed with ArcGIS 10. 2 software using Python language with open source correction algorithm. Moreover,on regard to the coordinate transformation from WGS84 to Baidu Map,we proposed the least squares adjust-ment model to conduct error compensation,which improved the accuracy of the original algorithm. Finally,the experimental results show that,taking the current data involved in the project as an example,this Amap coordinate transformation toolbox can quickly transform vector and raster data coordinates and improve the accuracy of data in general.
