形变检测作为超高层建筑物施工运营阶段的重要环节,是当下的研究热点之一.由于建筑物结构及其内部环境的复杂性,传统测量方式已经不能完全满足对超高层建筑物偏移和倾斜检测需求.本文提出了一种基于三维激光扫描仪和激光垂准仪的"纵横结合"的建筑物形变检测方法.以钢结构支撑柱间距偏差和建筑物整体倾斜度、分段倾斜度为测量目标,通过昆明市某钢结构写字楼形变检测实验,实验结果表明,该方法测量精度可以满足实际项目需求,对复杂条件下超高层建筑物的形变检测具有一定借鉴价值.
A Method of Building Deformation Detection Based on 3D Laser Scanner and Laser Vertical Register
As an important part of the construction and operation stage of super high-rise buildings,deformation detection is one of the current research hotspots. Due to the complexity of the building structure and its internal environment,the traditional measurement method can not fully meet the requirements of the deviation and tilt detection of super high-rise buildings. In this paper,a building deformation detection method based on 3D laser scanner and laser detector. With steel structure support column spacing deviation and the overall inclination,section tilt as the measurement target,through a steel structure office deformation detection experiment,experimental results show that the method measuring accuracy can meet the actual project demand,for the deformation detection of high-rise buildings under complex conditions has cer-tain reference value.
