城区复杂环境下深基坑开挖对邻近地铁影响分析

以杭州市区某邻近地铁的深基坑项目为例,探讨了复杂环境条件下基坑变形控制设计方法.该项目的难点在于如何将地铁保护区内基坑分区开挖与渠道改道结合起来,渠道基坑施工时预先应用了水平向及竖向MJS加固体(局部内插H型钢),主基坑采用了MJS和咬合桩做地连墙槽壁加固等措施,实测数据表明该项目的实施最终有效控制了基坑本体变形和地铁位移,可供相关项目设计参考.
Analysis of the Impact of Deep Foundation Pit Excavation on Adjacent Subways in Complex Urban Environment
This paper takes a deep and large foundation pit project near a subway in the downtown of Hangzhouas an example,discusses the design methods for deformation control of foundation pitunder complex surrounding environments. The difficulty of this project lies in how to combine the partition excavation of foundation pit in the metro protected area with channel diversion. In the construction of the channel foundation pit,horizontal and vertical MJS( locally inserted with H-shaped steel) were pre-applied to reinforce soil,the main foundation pit a-dopted MJS and occlusal pilesas groove wall reinforcement measures of diaphragm wall. The measured data showed that the implementation of this project ultimately effectively controlled the deformation of the foundation pit body and the displacement of the subway. It can be used as a reference for relevant project design.
