摘要

随着城镇化进程的不断加速,建设用地规模呈现持续扩大的趋势,导致土地利用情况变得复杂,进而造成税源底数不明确、税收征管难度进一步加大的局面.因此,有必要通过系统集成,实现税务服务和征管质效的有效提升.系统以Ionic框架为基础,成功实现了跨平台移动端数据采集系统设计,进而构建了税图地理信息税收管理平台,创新性地形成了"地理信息+税收征管"的全新模式,有效推动了税收征管领域的技术发展.

Abstract

As the urbanization process continues to accelerate,the scale of construction land continues to expand,resulting in complex land use,resulting in unclear tax bases and further increasing difficulty in tax collection and management. Therefore,it is necessary to achieve effective improvement in the quality and efficiency of tax services and collection management through system integration. Based on the Ionic framework,the system successfully realized the design of a cross-platform mobile data collection system,and then built a tax map geographical information tax management platform,innovatively forming a new model of"geographic information+tax collection and management",and providing a new model for the field of tax collection and management. It has effectively promoted the technological development in the field of tax collection and administration.
