土地征收补偿环节需要新技术模式支撑,更好地保障政府、村社集体及农民个人等权益.采用无人机、"互联网+"自然资源调查技术和软件开发,建立了以"质量为底线、高新技术为依托、高效真实为导向"的建构筑物数据固化模式,形成固化痕迹证据真实可溯,无盲区的固化成果,解决了传统方法效率低、盲区大、难追溯、使用难等问题,有效地控制了违法建设,节约了土地征拆成本.对类似项目开展具有参考意义.
Research and Practice on Data Solidification Model of Building and Structures Present Situation
The compensation process of land expropriation needs to be supported by new technologies and models to better protect the rights and interests of the government,village collectives and individual farmers. Using unmanned aerial vehicles,"Internet+"natural re-sources survey technology and software development,a building data solidification model with"quality as the bottom line,high-tech as the ba-sis,and high efficiency and truth as the guidance" has been established,forming a solidification result with real traceable evidence and no blind spots,which solves the problems of low efficiency,large blind spots,difficult traceability and difficult use of traditional methods,effec-tively controls illegal construction,and saves the cost of land acquisition and demolition. It is of reference significance for similar projects to be carried out.
