油气管道变形测量是为了保障油气管道建设与运维全寿命周期中工程安全极其重要的一个技术环节.为了获取高精度、全方位、完整的油气管道三维数据,采用三维激光扫描技术,解决了常规测量未能全覆盖被测实体的问题.把油气管道物体表面的三维坐标数据进行分析和对比,真实反映所测物体的变形情况.本文依据油气管道变形测量项目,结合三维激光扫描技术的生产过程,分析该技术的全面性、可靠性和优势性.
Application of Deformation Survey in Petroleum and Gas Pipelines Based on 3D Laser Scanning
Deformation survey of petroleum and gas pipelines is an extremely significant technical aspect to safeguard engineering safety throughout the entire life cycle of petroleum and gas pipeline construction and maintenance. In order to capture high-precision,comprehen-sive,and integrated 3D data of petroleum and gas pipelines,3D laser scanning technology is applied to solve the issue that conventional survey cannot measure the all-direction object. The deformation of object is realistic mirrored after analyzing and comparing the three-dimensional coordinate data of the surface of petroleum and gas pipelines. This article analyzes the comprehensiveness,reliability,and edges of three-di-mensional laser scanning technology based on the deformation measurement project of petroleum and gas pipelines,combined with the produc-tion process.
