三维激光扫描技术在地铁隧道施工质量检测中的应用

三维激光扫描技术具有非接触式测量、分辨率高、信息采集丰富等优点,能够高效获得建设阶段地铁隧道全面、高精度的全息点云.为研究三维激光扫描技术应用于地铁隧道施工质量检测的可行性,本文从作业准备、数据采集、处理分析等方面进行了深入挖掘,提出了一种三维激光扫描技术在地铁隧道施工质量检测的生产技术流程,介绍了生产技术流程中质量检测的关键要素及其算法.试验表明,通过该生产技术流程可高效获取地铁隧道的高精度数据,验证了三维激光扫描技术应用于地铁隧道施工质量检测中的可行性.
Application of 3D Laser Scanning Technology in Quality Inspection of Subway Tunnel Construction
3D laser scanning technology has the advantages of non-contact measurement,high resolution and rich information. It can quickly and comprehensively obtain the high precision holographic point cloud of subway tunnel in the construction stage. In order to study the feasibility of applying 3D laser scanning technology to the quality inspection of subway tunnel construction,this paper makes a deep excavation from the aspects of job preparation,data collection,processing and analysis,proposes a production technology process of 3D laser scanning technology in subway tunnel construction quality inspection,and introduces the key elements of quality inspection and its algorithm in the pro-duction technology process. The practice shows that the high-precision data of subway tunnel can be obtained efficiently through the produc-tion technology process,and the feasibility of 3D laser scanning technology applied to the construction quality inspection of subway tunnels is verified.
