为有效遏制耕地"非农化""非粮化"等问题,实现耕地保护监管实时化、动态化以及精细化,本文利用GIS、移动互联以及云计算等先进技术,建立了覆盖全市辖区的耕地保护网格化监管数据库,搭建集Web端子系统和移动端子系统为一体的耕地保护田长制监管平台,实现了耕保"一张图"、日常巡查管理、问题耕地管理以及执行巡查任务等功能,加强了耕地监管的科学性和系统性,极大地提高了耕地保护的效率和有效性,为保护耕地资源红线做出了重要贡献.
Research on the Construction of Supervision Platform of Farmland Protection Field Length System
In order to effectively curb the"non-agricultural"and"non-grain"problems of cultivated land,and realize real-time,dy-namic and refined cultivated land protection supervision,this paper uses advanced technologies such as GIS,mobile Internet and cloud compu-ting to establish a grid cultivated land protection supervision database covering the whole city.The supervision platform of farmland protection field length system,which integrates Web terminal system and mobile terminal system,realizes the functions of"one map"of farmland protec-tion,daily inspection management,problem farmland management,and execution of inspection tasks,strengthens the scientific and systematic supervision of farmland,greatly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of farmland protection,and makes an important contribution to the protection of the red line of cultivated land resources.
