在复杂环境下地下排水管道管径获取难度大,传统方法获取准确度低,为此,设计出一套新型管径测量系统,该系统充分利用地下管道自身特性,采用独特的结构设计,利用投影变换理论有效补偿管径测量畸变误差,结合基于RANSAC算法的最小二乘空间圆拟合算法对测量数据过滤和拟合,获取准确的管径值并对拟合结果的可靠性进行评价.通过在实际管线测量中的应用,表明该管径测量系统在地下排水管道管径测量中具有实用性强、效率高、准确度高的的优势.
Research on the Application of Drainage Pipeline Diameter Measurement System Based on Projection Transformation and Space Circle Fitting
In complex environments,it is difficult to obtain the diameter of underground drainage pipelines,and traditional methods have low accuracy.Therefore,a new pipe diameter measurement system is designed,which fully utilizes the characteristics of underground pipelines and adopts a unique structural design.The system effectively compensates for the distortion error of pipe diameter measurement using projec-tion transformation theory,and combines the least squares space circle fitting algorithm based on RANSAC algorithm to filter and fit the meas-urement data,obtain accurate pipe diameter values and evaluate the reliability of the fitting results.The application in actual pipeline measure-ment shows that the diameter measurement system has the advantages of strong practicality,high efficiency,and high accuracy in underground drainage pipeline diameter measurement.
