Reliability and Stability Analysis of a Vibrating Wire Intelligent Acquisition Instrument
At present,vibrating wire sensor data is widely used in automatic collection.However,automated collection equipment faces is-sues such as incomplete functionality,inconvenient use,and poor data reliability and stability.In this paper,a vibrating wire intelligent acqui-sition instrument is developed and designed,and the vibrating wire intelligent acquisition instrument and manual frequency readout instrument are used to conduct data acquisition and test in different scenarios at the same time.By comparing and analyzing the coincidence of the data obtained by the two methods,and further analyzing the stability of the vibrating wire intelligent acquisition instrument.The results show that the vibrating wire intelligent acquisition instrument developed in this paper has comprehensive functions,reliable and stable data collection,and meets the needs of practical projects.
