摘要

针对城市内涝和内河水系黑臭问题,在数字中国建设和数字孪生城市建设环境下,融合应用数字孪生、物联网、大数据、AI等技术,设计了基于时空信息平台的城市水系智慧治理平台,以及数据资源和监测预警系统、预测预报系统、科学调度系统、水安全沙盘、水环境沙盘、水文化沙盘的建设,并探讨了物联网监测信息异构系统多参数智能耦合、治水知识图谱构建等关键技术,以实现对城市排水防涝和水环境的智慧治理.

Abstract

In response to urban waterlogging and the black and odorous problems of urban inland water systems,within the context of building a digital China and digital twin cities,a city water system smart governance platform based on temporal and spatial information plat-form has been designed by integrating and applying technologies such as digital twins,the Internet of Things(IoT),big data,and AI.This in-cludes the construction of data resources and monitoring and early warning systems,forecasting and prediction systems,scientific dispatch sys-tems,water safety sandboxes,water environment sandboxes,and water culture sandboxes.The research also explores key technologies such as the intelligent coupling of multi-parameter heterogeneous systems in IoT monitoring information and the construction of water treatment knowl-edge graphs,aiming to achieve smart governance of urban drainage and flood prevention and water environment.
