Design and Implementation of Jinan Smart Regulation and Urban Planning Big Data Platform
In order to actively respond to the"Internet plus government"service and the"decentralization,management and service"re-form,and meet the requirements of the reform of the spatial planning system and the optimization and upgrading of the administrative system reform.Based on the current situation of natural resource planning informatization in Jinan City,advanced technologies such as SOA and busi-ness process management are utilized to build a planning cloud,planning data lake,technical support platform,and smart application system to meet the needs of efficient resource utilization.The system has built nine major applications according to different scenarios,enhancing the ca-pabilities of government services,decision-making assistance,monitoring and supervision,and resource integration and sharing,providing in-formation support for the reform of administrative approval"streamlining administration,delegating powers,and improving services"and opti-mizing the business environment.
