千米级公铁两用悬索桥索鞍安装测量技术

五峰山长江特大桥主桥主跨 1 092 m,是世界上首座千米级大跨度公铁两用钢桁梁悬索桥.主索鞍和散索鞍作为支承悬索桥主缆的重要结构,直接影响成桥线形,并具有体量大、空间姿态调整困难、定位精度要求高的特点.首先对两主塔进行平面和高程贯通测量,消除施工控制点点位误差的影响,提高相对定位精度.以主桥贯通测量成果为测量基准,通过合理的测量点布设,准确定位散索鞍底板、地脚螺栓、底座及鞍体,精密测量并调整主索鞍格栅、下承板、上承板及鞍体的空间位置.主索鞍和散索鞍的准确定位为千米级钢桁梁悬索桥成桥线形提供了保障.
Cable Saddle Installation Survey Technology of the Kilometer-level Suspension Bridge for Highway and Railway
The main span of the Wu Fengshan Yangtze River Bridge is 1092m.It is the world's first kilometer-level large-span steel truss suspension bridge for highway and railway.The main cable saddle and splay saddle,as important structures supporting the main cable of suspension bridges,directly affect the bridge shape,and have the characteristics of large volume,difficult adjustment of spatial attitude,and high positioning accuracy requirements.Firstly,carry out plane and elevation penetration survey on the two main towers,eliminating the impact of construction control point positioning errors,improve relative positioning accuracy.Using the measurement results of the penetration survey of the main bridge as the survey benchmark,arrange reasonable survey points,accurately locate the bottom plate,anchor bolts,base,and saddle body of the cable saddle.Precisely measure and adjust the spatial position of the main cable saddle grille,lower support plate,upper support plate,and saddle body.The accurate positioning of the main cable saddle and the splay saddle provides a guarantee for the bridge alignment of the kilometer-level steel truss suspension bridge.
