Since 2023,the comprehensive reform of real estate registration has been promoted in depth.Accurate and comprehensive sur-veying and mapping of real estate can provide scientific decision-making for macro-control real estate registration.However,the complex ter-rain of rural homestead in some areas makes it difficult to obtain data,which becomes the obstacle of integrated mapping of premises.This pa-per introduces the surveying and mapping method and flow of handheld 3D laser scanning,compares it with the measurement results of conven-tional measuring means based on total station,and verifies the advantages of handheld 3D laser scanning technology in information collection,processing and analysis,such as high accuracy,high efficiency and simple operation.This paper can provide reference for workers in the same industry.
