基于激光测距和全站仪的超大直径盾构隧道轴线测量方法和装备

随着我国轨道交通和地下空间的发展,传统的隧道轴线测量方法不适用于超大直径隧道,本文提出了一种基于激光测距和全站仪的超大直径盾构隧道轴线测量方法,开发了新的测量装备和配套数字化采集软件.工程应用结果显示该方法对超大直径隧道中线测量精度低于 20mm,对监测隧道掘进精度和盾构机的对中情况校正提供了有力保障;实现了测量数据从机器端到手机端和云端的高效流通,缩短作业时间,提高工程监测效率.
Method and Equipment for Measuring the Axis of Ultra Large Diameter Shield Tunnels Based on Laser Ranging and Total Station
With the development of rail transit and underground space in China,traditional tunnel axis measurement methods are not suit-able for ultra large diameter tunnels.This article proposes a method for measuring the axis of ultra large diameter shield tunnels based on laser ranging and total station,and develops new measurement equipment and supporting digital acquisition software.The engineering application re-sults show that the method has a measurement accuracy of less than 20mm for the centerline of ultra large diameter tunnels,providing strong support for monitoring the accuracy of tunnel excavation and correcting the alignment of shield tunneling machines;Efficient flow of measure-ment data from machine to mobile and cloud has been achieved,reducing work time and improving engineering monitoring efficiency.
