摘要

盾构施工法在地铁建设中逐渐被广泛采用,但受盾构设备、隧道线性等条件制约,长距离小半径曲线地铁盾构隧道施工难度较大.以沈阳地铁 3 号线甘官站~千岛湖街站区间为例,针对该长距离小半径曲线地铁盾构隧道建立了一套施工控制测量体系,从地面控制网测量、地下控制测量以及盾构掘进姿态控制等环节进行研究,最终解决了长距离小半径曲线地铁盾构隧道高精度控制测量的问题,保证了盾构隧道的准确掘进与顺利贯通.

Abstract

The shield tunneling construction method is gradually being widely adopted in subway construction,but due to constraints such as shield tunneling equipment and tunnel linearity,the construction of long-distance and small radius curved subway shield tunnels is difficult.Taking the section between Ganguan Station and Qiandao Hujie Station on Shenyang Metro Line 3 as an example,a construction control meas-urement system was established for the long-distance small radius curve subway shield tunnel.The system was studied from ground control network measurement,underground control measurement,and shield tunneling attitude control,and ultimately solved the problem of high-pre-cision control measurement for long-distance small radius curve subway shield tunnels,which ensures the accurate excavation and smooth pen-etration of the shield tunnel.
