城市轨道交通盾构区间自由设站法平面控制测量方法研究

在城市轨道交通线路区间朝着长距离、大半径发展的背景下,随着区间长度的增加,采用洞内导线进行方位和坐标控制的方法会面临贯通误差超限等风险,为减少横向贯通误差,本文提出采用一种自由设站网方式进行隧道内坐标及方位角传递的方法,并通过与导线测量方式进行实验验证,结果表明采用自由设站法指导隧道贯通平面贯通误差相对于导线网法精度提升约 50%,有效地保障了贯通精度,降低了贯通风险.
Research on Plane Control Measurement Method of Free Station Setting Method in Urban Rail Transit Shield Section
In the context of urban rail transit line sections developing towards long distances and large radii,as the section length increa-ses,the method of using in-cavity wires for azimuth and coordinate control will face risks such as penetration error exceeding limits.In order to reduce lateral penetration errors,this paper proposes a method of transmitting coordinates and azimuth angles in the tunnel using a free sta-tion network method,and conducts experimental verification with the wire measurement method.The results show that the free station network method is used to guide the tunnel penetration plane penetration error compared to the wire network method.The accuracy is increased about 50%,effectively ensuring the penetration accuracy and reducing the penetration risk.
