为减小对厂房设备进行精密水准测量时设备运转振动带来的影响,本文研究了一种精密水准测量减振器.该减振器由悬挂材料与配重块组成,通过实验不同参数悬挂材料及配重来测试减振效果并进行精密水准测量以评价其精密性.经实验得出选用悬挂弹簧长度在 70 cm左右、总的弹性系数在 0.50 左右、配重块质量在 5~7 kg可使振动衰减率达 80%以上,减振效果明显,测量仪器能够正常工作,对应水准线路精密性良好,符合规范要求.
The Research on Precision Leveling Shock Absorber
In order to reduce the impact of vibration caused by equipment running when precision leveling is carried on industrial plants equipment,this paper studied a kind of precision leveling shock absorber.The shock absorber is composed of suspension material and counter-weight block,the shock absorption effect is tested by the suspension materials and counterweights with different parameters,after that,precision leveling is carried out to evaluate its precision.All these tests concluded that choose the length of suspension spring is approximately 70cm,to-tal elastic coefficient is approximately 0.50,the mass of counterweight block is 5~7kg can make the vibration attenuation rate reach more than 80%,the shock-absorbing effect is obvious,measuring instrument can work normally and the accuracy of the corresponding leveling line is fine,which meets codes of practice.
