Research on a Portable Control Device for the Excess Concrete Height at the Top of Underwater Cast-in-Place Piles
In the underwater concrete pouring construction of bored pile,the method of measuring rope is usually used to measure the overfilling height of concrete,and its error is greatly affected by subjective factors,which is easy to cause problems such as too large or under-filling height of concrete on the top of pile.In order to solve this problem,according to the principle that mud,floating slurry and concrete in the pile hole are different in weight and the pressure on the sensor is different at the same depth,we developed a portable device for controlling the overfilling height of the concrete at the top of the underwater bored pile,and carried out field tests.The test results show that the device is relatively low cost,high precision,simple and practical,and has high popularization value.
