Research on the Utilization of Stock Resources and Resilience Development of Port of Rotterdam Under the Port-City Integration
The port is an important resource for the city, and the city is an important spatial carrier for the port,so the revitalization of the port's stock resources is an important tool for the resilience of the port city. Therefore, the Port of Rotterdam, with its numerous survival wisdom, expects the resilience of its habitat to be improved through the use of the port's land stock. In the context of the development trend of the Port of Rotterdam, the relationship between the river, the port, the silt and the people is sorted out,and the major ecological issues, cultural aspects, and social trends of the site are used as clues, with the aim of healing the silt, bringing it back to"life",and improving the ecological restoration capacity of the land and the sea.The mud will be utilized as a resource through immobilization techniques and will be integrated into the future scenario design. The existing silt ecology is then classified and combined with the cultural and social trends of the Port of Rotterdam to create an optimized strategy that can be adapted to the different pollution control zones,to realize the utilization of stock resources with a coherent boundary and internal root structure, and to build a sustainable port city with flexibility, high quality, and humanity.
