摘要
中新天津生态城是世界上首个国家间合作共建的生态城市,本文聚焦其绿色低碳实践,总结该片区立足特有环境资源约束条件,借鉴国际先进理念和技术,实现经济蓬勃、资源节约、环境友好、社会和谐的重要经验.阐释在生态格局建构、职住平衡、绿色交通出行、公共服务体系、海绵城市建设、可再生能源利用、资源循环利用、智慧城市赋能、绿色生活倡导等方面开展的示范性实践工作.
Abstract
Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City is the world's first eco-city co-built by countries. This paper focuses on its green and low-carbon practices and summarizes its important experience in achieving economic prosperity, resource conservation, environmental friendliness and social harmony based on its unique environmental and resource constraints and drawing on international advanced concepts and technologies. Explain its exemplary practical work in the construction of ecological pattern, work-residence balance, green transportation, public service system, sponge city construction, renewable energy utilization, resource recycling, smart city empowerment, green life advocacy and other aspects.
