摘要
随着我国城镇化进程加快,城市更新已经成为推动城市高质量发展的重要途径.沈阳市作为东北老工业基地,建城早、规模大、人口多、城镇化水平高,城市发展已经由大规模增量建设转为存量提质改造和增量结构调整并重.本文通过梳理总结沈阳城市更新编制与实施路径等内容,旨在为其他城市在城市更新编制、实施等方面提供参考.
Abstract
As China's urbanization process accelerates,urban renewal has emerged as a crucial pathway for promoting high-quality urban development.Shenyang,as an old industrial base in Northeast China,boasts an early establishment,a large scale,substantial population,and a high level of urbanization.The city's development has shifted from large-scale incremental construction to a balance between quality improvement and structural adjustment of existing urban stock and new increments.This paper summarizes the compilation and implementation pathways of urban renewal in Shenyang,aiming to provide a reference for other cities in terms of urban renewal planning and execution.
