基于多源检测数据融合的高速铁路路基沉降诊断研究

高速铁路路基区段受环境变化、地下水开采等因素影响,可能会产生较大幅度的沉降,其中不均匀沉降对高速铁路运行安全、舒适和耐久性影响较大,因此,快速、有效地诊断运营高速铁路路基沉降非常重要.基于列车轨道动态检测数据、车载晃车仪检测数据、台账信息等多源数据,研究不均匀沉降区段的轨道不平顺波长、幅值特征,建立轨道不平顺特征、列车运行速度和列车加速度之间的关联;同时,充分发挥不同数据源的优势,提取波长因子、幅值因子、车体动力响应因子、竖曲线因子、劣化率因子等能够反映路基不均匀沉降特征的指标.利用多源异构数据融合方法,统一各指标当量值,确定各指标融合权重,最终构建高速铁路路基沉降综合评价指标,建立相应计算公式.研究结果表明,路基不均匀沉降会引起较大幅值的轨道几何长波不平顺,进而导致车体加速度超限,并可以通过车载式晃车仪检测;同一区段轨道长波不平顺呈现趋势劣化时能侧面反映沉降的发生,但竖曲线是预先设计的坡度,对路基沉降诊断有一定干扰.路基沉降综合评价指标可以采用百分制,根据现场实践经验,以超过60分作为沉降发生的评判标准.通过3条高速铁路的实际验证,表明本方法能够有效发现路基沉降区段,及时提示工务部门精准维修.
Subgrade settlement recognition of high-speed railway based on multi-source detection data fusion
Due to the influence of environmental changes,groundwater exploitation and other factors,the subgrade of high-speed railway may have a large settlement phenomenon,among which the uneven settlement has a great impact on the safety,comfort and durability of high-speed railway operation.Therefore,it is very important to diagnose the subgrade settlement area of high-speed railway quickly and effectively.Based on multi-source data such as comprehensive inspection track dynamic detection data,vehicle shaker detection data,and ledger information,this paper studied the wavelength and amplitude characteristics of track irregularities in the uneven settlement area,and established the correlation relationship among track irregularities characteristics,train running speed and train acceleration.On this basis,extract the indexes that can reflect the characteristics of uneven subgrade settlement,such as wavelength factor,amplitude factor,vehicle body dynamic response factor,vertical curve factor and deterioration rate factor.The multi-source heterogeneous data fusion method was used to unify the value of each indicator and determine the fusion weight of each indicator.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation index and corresponding calculation formula of high-speed railway subgrade settlement were established.The results show that the uneven settlement of subgrade will cause a track irregularity with long wavelength and large amplitude,and then lead to the acceleration of vehicle body exceeds limit value which could be detected with vehicle shaker.The settlement can be reflected indirectly when the long wave irregularity of track in the same section tends to deteriorate,while the vertical curve as a pre-designed slope has some interference to the diagnosis of subgrade settlement.The comprehensive evaluation index of subgrade settlement can adopt the percentage system.According to the field practical experience,more than 60 points should be taken as the evaluation standard of settlement occurrence.The practical verification of three high-speed railways shows that this method can effectively discover subgrade settlement area and timely guide the accurate maintenance for track maintenance department.
