Mechanism of green railway construction capacity formation based on structural equation modeling
Driven by the 30-60 double carbon target,the green transformation of railway is inevitable.However,the current green railway construction capacity of railway engineering enterprises is still insufficient,and the reason is due to the unclear goal and insufficient basis for green railway construction capacity building.Firstly,this paper summarized four constitutive dimensions of green railway construction capacity through literature analysis,screen and identify five types of influencing factors and 23 influencing factor indicators.Secondly,the research hypothesis of the role of influencing factors was proposed,and the conceptual model of structural equation was established according to the relevant research results in the field of green railway construction.Finally,the data were collected through questionnaires,the theoretical model was fitted and tested,and then the effect of each influencing factor on the green railway construction capacity of enterprises was analyzed based on the fitting results.The research results are shown as follows.Enterprise technology development and talent building level,industry development level,enterprise internal green development level,enterprise comprehensive management level and government thrust have significant positive effects on green railway construction capacity.The effects are decreasing in order.Government thrust and industry development level only have indirect effects on green railroad construction ability,and enterprise internal green development level,enterprise comprehensive management level and enterprise technology development and talent building level only play a direct role.The results can reveal the formation mechanism of green railway construction capacity,provide theoretical basis for improving the green railway construction capacity of enterprises,help to improve the cognitive level of railway engineering enterprises on green railway construction capacity,and help them to realize green transformation rapidly.
