基于互联互通的城际铁路线路间列车开行方案优化方法

我国主要都市圈城际铁路网络规模趋于完善,提升城际铁路不同线路间互联互通水平成为进一步加强网络效能、优化服务质量的需要.将基于互联互通的城际铁路线路间列车开行方案编制归结为在一定互联互通技术条件基础上,综合考虑互联、互通2种客流输送模式和开行择站停跨线列车条件下列车交路和本、跨线列车开行频率的综合优化问题.将候车时间、乘车时间、换乘走行时间作为客流的出行费用组成部分,对客流OD按照其起、终点所在区段位置和列车选择范围进行分类,逐类别构建乘车路径,依据路径费用分析客流的路径选择规律.按走行公里数计算运行成本,以运行成本和旅客出行成本所组成的系统综合成本最小化为目标函数,考虑开行方案客流输送能力、线路通过能力、列车开行频率、跨线列车停站设置等约束条件,构建了城际铁路互联互通情形下的列车开行方案优化模型.基于本线列车换乘互联和跨线列车跨线互通的相互替代关系,设计了基于列车交路和开行频率的组合搜索求解方法.针对莞惠-穗莞深城际铁路进行了列车开行方案编制求解,所得跨线列车交路为深圳机场站至陈江站.随着跨线客流强度增加,跨线列车交路逐步延长至小金口站.大站快车较站站停列车具有一定优势,当停站比例在50%左右时具有最好的运营效果.结果表明,大站停跨线列车模式可实现客流费用和列车运行成本的同步改善,优化方法能够为城际铁路互联互通运输组织提供决策支持.
Optimization method for train operation plan between intercity railway lines based on interconnectivity
The scale of intercity railway network in major metropolitan areas in China is becoming increasingly complete.Improving the level of interconnection between different lines has become a demand to further enhance network efficiency and optimize service quality.The formulation of train operation plans for intercity railway lines based on interconnection can be summarized as a comprehensive optimization problem of train routing and frequency of trains under two passenger flow transportation modes of inter-operation and inter-transfer,by considering the given interconnection conditions.Waiting time,boarding time and transfer time were considered components of passenger flow travel cost.The model classifies passenger flow OD according to the section positions which their starting and ending belongs to and the set of their chosen train,constructs travel paths by category and analyzes the path selection rules of passenger flow based on path cost.The operation cost was calculated based on the number of train-kilometers traveled.The objective function aimed to minimize the comprehensive cost of the system composed of operation cost and passenger travel cost.The constraints include passenger flow transportation capacity,line throughput capacity,train operation frequency and the stops of cross-line train.Based on the objective function and constraints,an optimization model for train operation plan under the condition of intercity railway interconnection was constructed.A combination search and solution method based on train routing and operating frequency was designed based on the mutual substitution relationship between two modes of interconnection train.Besides,a train operation plan was formulated and solved for interconnectivity between Dongguan-Huizhou Intercity Railway and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Intercity Railway,with the cross-line train route from Shenzhen Airport Station to Chenjiang Station.As the cross-line passenger flow increases,the cross-line train route gradually extends to Xiaojinkou Station.Large station express trains have certain advantages over station stopping trains and the best operating effect when the stopping ratio is around 50%.The results show that the mode of stopping cross-line trains at large stations can achieve synchronous decrease of passenger flow cost and train operating cost.The optimization method can provide decision support for the organization of intercity railway interconnection transportation.
