盾构隧道水泥-水玻璃双液同步注浆研究及应用

目前,水泥-水玻璃双液浆在盾构隧道同步注浆领域的应用日益增多,但在实际工程中,尤其是大直径盾构隧道,双液浆的材料性能调控、堵管、抱盾尾等问题和对应控制措施很少被提及.以北京东六环超大直径盾构隧道工程为研究背景,通过正交试验探明水泥-水玻璃双液浆中各项基础材料的作用及其对物理力学性能的影响规律,提出一种富水砂层盾构隧道同步双液注浆配比.进一步结合管路适应性试验验证由管路注出双液浆的流动性、胶凝特性和抗压强度,并基于工程实践总结水泥-水玻璃双液同步注浆在实际工程中的施工控制要点和应用效果.研究结果表明:1)水泥-水玻璃双液注浆材料中,水玻璃主要影响混合后双液浆的早期胶凝时间,水泥则是保证双液浆的28 d强度,两者的用量是控制双液浆力学性能最为重要的因素;2)因混合后的快凝特性,双液注浆分量的设置应尽量避免浆液在盾尾间隙中克服重力向上挤压,每环管片注浆完成后应进行管路清洗,盾构长时间停机应切换双液浆为膨润土浆液进行盾尾封堵;3)实际工程中,水泥-水玻璃双液浆能够在4 h左右终凝稳固管片环,使管片环的竖向变形量介于-10~10 mm之间,地面沉降量也能在280 h左右稳定控制在-4.3~3.3 mm,全面提升成型隧道质量.研究结果可为水泥-水玻璃双液注浆材料在盾构隧道同步注浆领域的应用和优化提供参考.
Research and application of cement-sodium silicate two-component synchronous grouting material in shield tunnel
At present,the application of cement-sodium silicate(C-S)two-component grouting materials in the field of synchronous grouting is increasing.However,in actual projects,especially in large-diameter shield tunnels,the problems of material performance regulation,pipe clogging,and tail sealing with dual slurry,holding the shield tail of C-S grout,and the corresponding control measures are seldom mentioned.By taking Beijing East Sixth Ring Road super-diameter shield tunnel project as the project background,this paper investigated the role of the base material and its influence on the physical and mechanical properties of C-S grout through orthogonal tests,and put forward a kind of C-S grouting ratio for shield tunnel in water-rich sand layer.Further,the fluidity,gelation characteristics and compressive strength of C-S grout injected from the pipeline were verified by the adaptability test,and the construction control measures and application effect of C-S synchronous grouting in actual projects were summarized based on engineering practice.The results show that:1)In C-S grout,the early gelation time is mainly affected by sodium silicate,the 28-day strength is mainly affected by cement,and the dosage of both is the most important factor in controlling the mechanical properties of C-S grout.2)Due to the fast-setting characteristics,the grouting fraction of C-S grout should be set to avoid grout in the shield tail gap to overcome gravity upward extrusion.Pipeline cleaning should be carried out after the completion of the synchronous grouting of each segment ring,bentonite grout should be used to replace C-S grout for shield tail blocking when the shield machine is shut down for a long period of time.3)In the application of the actual project,C-S grout can fix segment in about 4 h,so that the vertical deformation of the segment ring is between-10 mm and 10 mm.The ground settlement can also be stably controlled at-4.3 mm to 3.3 mm in about 280 h,which comprehensively improves the quality of the tunnel.The conclusions of the study provide a reference for the application and optimization of C-S grout in the field of synchronous grouting in shield tunnels.
