Research and Practice on Construction of New Teaching and Research Departments in Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Integration of Production and Education
In the study of the construction of new teaching and research departments in vocational colleges under the background of integration of production and education, the connotation, function orientation and construction path of new teaching and research departments are put forward. The new teaching and research department is not only a place for teaching and scientific research, but also an important platform for industrial technology transformation, talent training model innovation, and social service ability improvement. Through literature review, theoretical framework construction, function orientation analysis, construction path design, practice case analysis and other methods, this paper discusses how vocational colleges meet the needs of the integration of industry and education, how to innovatively transform traditional professional teaching and research departments into practice centers of integration of industry and education, and how to promote the deep integration of educational resources and industrial needs by building new teaching and research departments so as to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational education. Taking H College as a study case, this paper analyzes the practical experience and effectiveness of the construction of new teaching and research departments. The research results show that the construction of the new teaching and research departments is helpful for vocational colleges to enhance their teaching ability and promote the deep integration of vocational education and industrial development.
