Taking H Vocational College as an example, this study analyzes the dislocation between supply and demand in higher vocational physical education teaching from the perspective of supply-side reform theory in economics and proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures. The conclusion suggests that teachers should update their teaching philosophy, courses content should be closely linked to students' future career needs, and course evaluation should focus on both in-class learning and extracurricular practices to comprehensively assess students' overall abilities.
