Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Training for Public Institution Staff
The training of public institution staff is an important issue in organizational management. In order to further optimize the training mode, taking the staff training management platform of public institution in H Province as the research object, the relevant data of staff training of public institution in H province in 2021-2023 are analyzed. It is found that the difference in the age of trainees leads to the gap in the enthusiasm of participants, the construction of course resources cannot fully meet the needs of participants, and the setting and division of training programs at different stages are not clear. In order to optimize the training mode of staff in public institutions, it is necessary to construct the concept of lifelong learning, optimize the training mode, meet the diversified learning needs, refine the training program, update the course learning resources, and strengthen the training effect.
