摘要
按照A运营商5G KPI考核目标,要求本地网5G小区质差率低于1％且逐月下降.通过对5G SA质差小区的日常处理及优化,基于思维导图提出了快速压降5G业务质差小区的"四+五"方法论,并以B地区本地网为例,分别针对故障类、覆盖类、容量类、参数配置类等场景的质差小区列举了典型案例,从问题现象、问题分析、优化方法、效果对比几个环节实施并闭环处理,B地区本地网的5G网络质量和用户感知得到了明显提升和改善.
Abstract
According to the 5G KPI assessment target of operator A,it is required that the quality difference rate of local 5G cells be less than 1％,and should be reduced monthly. Based on the daily processing and optimization of 5G SA poor quality cells,this paper proposes the "four+five" methodology for rapid improvement of 5G service quality in poor coverage cells based on mind mapping. Taking local network in B area as an example,typical cases are listed for poor coverage cells with fault,coverage,capacity,parameter configuration and other scenarios. From the aspects of problem phenomenon,problem analysis,optimization method,and effect comparison,closed-loop processing was implemented. The 5G network quality and user perception of local network in B area were significantly improved.
