摘要

按照A运营商5G KPI考核目标,要求本地网5G小区质差率低于1%且逐月下降.通过对5G SA质差小区的日常处理及优化,基于思维导图提出了快速压降5G业务质差小区的"四+五"方法论,并以B地区本地网为例,分别针对故障类、覆盖类、容量类、参数配置类等场景的质差小区列举了典型案例,从问题现象、问题分析、优化方法、效果对比几个环节实施并闭环处理,B地区本地网的5G网络质量和用户感知得到了明显提升和改善.

Abstract

According to the 5G KPI assessment target of operator A,it is required that the quality difference rate of local 5G cells be less than 1%,and should be reduced monthly. Based on the daily processing and optimization of 5G SA poor quality cells,this paper proposes the "four+five" methodology for rapid improvement of 5G service quality in poor coverage cells based on mind mapping. Taking local network in B area as an example,typical cases are listed for poor coverage cells with fault,coverage,capacity,parameter configuration and other scenarios. From the aspects of problem phenomenon,problem analysis,optimization method,and effect comparison,closed-loop processing was implemented. The 5G network quality and user perception of local network in B area were significantly improved.
