"Four+Five"Methodology for Rapid Improvement of 5G Service Quality in Poor Coverage Cells
According to the 5G KPI assessment target of operator A,it is required that the quality difference rate of local 5G cells be less than 1%,and should be reduced monthly. Based on the daily processing and optimization of 5G SA poor quality cells,this paper proposes the "four+five" methodology for rapid improvement of 5G service quality in poor coverage cells based on mind mapping. Taking local network in B area as an example,typical cases are listed for poor coverage cells with fault,coverage,capacity,parameter configuration and other scenarios. From the aspects of problem phenomenon,problem analysis,optimization method,and effect comparison,closed-loop processing was implemented. The 5G network quality and user perception of local network in B area were significantly improved.
