数智财务建设之报表智能化体系研究

摘要
随着财务数字化转型的不断深入,不少企业通过业务和数字双轮驱动,优化和提升财务管理的价值.以A公司为例,探讨了财务报告编制中面临的挑战,如编制难度、标准不一致、人工成本高和信息质量问题,分析并自主研发了报表智能化产品.报表智能化产品通过整合异构系统和多数据源,实现无人值守和实时监控,从而在报表出具全流程中实现质量和效率的双重提升.研究结果表明,使用报表智能化产品后,财务人员能够将工作重心转移到更具战略价值的任务上,从而为企业带来更深远的管理效益.
Abstract
With the continuous deepening of financial digital transformation,many enterprises have optimized and enhanced the value of financial management through the dual drive of business and digitalization. Taking Company A as an example,this paper discusses the challenges faced in the preparation of financial reports,such as the difficulty of compilation,inconsistency of standards,high labor costs,and information quality issues. It also analyzes and independently develops intelligent financial reporting products. The intelligent financial reporting products integrate heterogeneous systems and multiple data sources to achieve unattended operation and real-time monitoring,thereby improving both the quality and efficiency of the entire financial reporting process. The research results indicate that after using the intelligent financial reporting products,financial personnel can shift their focus to tasks of greater strategic value,thereby bringing more profound management benefits to the enterprise.
