Research on Teacher Training System of Industrial Robot Technology Major Under the Background of 1+X Certificate System
Professional teacher training is the basic guarantee for promoting the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system. Taking A School as an example,this paper proposes optimization strategies and construction effects for the teacher training system in four aspects:improving the quality of teacher training,optimizing teacher training content,accelerating the construction of teacher training bases,and improving teacher training incentive mechanisms,in response to the problems of teacher training effectiveness gap,disconnection of teacher training content,lagging construction of teacher training bases,and need to strengthen teacher incentive mechanisms in the 1+X certificate system for industrial robot technology major.
