高职信创人才培养体系构建研究与实践——以嵌入式边缘计算人才培养为例

国家信创战略与新工科建设内涵对高等职业教育在学生专业技能与实践能力培育上有着更高的要求.以G高职嵌入式边缘计算软硬件开发信创人才培养体系构建与实践为例,探索并解决高职信创人才培养中存在的突出问题.深化课程思政、校企协同,改革嵌入式边缘计算方向课程教学模式、课程内容、实践方法、创新平台,贯彻"岗课赛证"的教学理念,构建多维度的校企融合嵌入式边缘计算软硬件开发信创人才培养体系,创新人才培养质量评价体系,成效显著.
Research and Practice on the Construction of Higher Vocational Information Technology Application Innovation Talent Training System:Taking Embedded Edge Computing Talent Training as an Example
National information technology application innovation strategy and the connotation of emerging engineering construction impose higher demands on higher vocational education in terms of students' professional skills and practical ability cultivation. Taking the construction and practice of the information technology application innovation talent training system for embedded edge computing software and hardware development at G Vocational College as an example,this paper explores and solves the prominent problems in the talent training in higher vocational colleges. By deepening ideological and political education in courses,strengthening collaboration between schools and enterprises,reforming teaching modes,course content,practical approaches,and innovation platforms for embedded edge computing course,we implement the teaching philosophy of"post-course-competition-certificate integration". This establishes a multi-dimensional school-enterprise integrated information technology application innovation talent training system for embedded edge computing software and hardware development course,and innovates the quality evaluation system for talent training,achieving remarkable results.
