集中器G3-PLC&LoRa主从模块远程升级嵌入式系统的设计与实现

为节省集中器主从模块升级过程中需要消耗的大量人力、物力成本,尤其是解决危险区域及恶劣天气下从模块的故障与升级问题,提出了针对集中器常用的G3-PLC电力载波通信模块、LoRa无线数传通信模块的嵌入式系统远程升级的全流程自动化设计方案,整体包含升级镜像文件的传输、升级镜像文件的存储、升级镜像文件的执行,同时针对下行通信模块的传输部分对DLMS协议的升级标准的方法和属性进行状态机及通信协议组帧的简化设计.最终工程试验效果表明,采用主站或USB集中器菜单触发从模块批量远程升级效果显著,证明了该方案的可行性及工程应用价值.
Design and Implementation of Embedded System for Remote Upgrade of Concentrator G3-PLC & LoRa Master-Slave Module
In order to save a lot of human and material costs consumed in the process of upgrading the master and slave modules of the concentrator,especially to solve the failure and upgrading problems of the slave modules in hazardous areas and under bad weather,we propose a full-process automation design scheme for remote upgrade of embedded systems for the commonly used G3-PLC power carrier communication module and the LoRa wireless digital transmission module of the concentrator,and the whole process contains the transmission of the upgrading mirror file,the storage of the upgrading mirror file and the execution of the upgrading mirror file,at the same time,for the transmission part of downstream communication module,it simplifies the design of state machine and communication protocol framing for the methods and attributes of the upgrade standard of DLMS protocol.Eventually,the engineering experiment results show that using the master station or USB concentrator menu to trigger the batch remote upgrade of slave modules is remarkable,which proves the feasibility of the scheme and its engineering application value.
