模板匹配是图像识别和目标定位的基础方法之一,如何选取效率更高的模板匹配方式尤为重要.首先讨论了图像特征的提取方法,包括统计特征提取、Hu不变矩特征提取和纹理特征提取.然后详细介绍了模板匹配的实现过程,包括特征点提取和相似度计算.最后对基于不同图像特征提取方法的模板匹配结果进行了分析,通过仿真实验结果对比得出,基于纹理特征提取的模板匹配方式具有更高的效率,匹配准确率均在96%及以上.
Template Matching Techniques Based on Image Features
Template matching is one of the fundamental methods for image recognition and target localization,making the selection of a more efficient template matching approach particularly important.First,the methods for extracting image features are discussed,including statistical feature extraction,Hu invariant moment feature extraction,and texture feature extraction.Then,the implementation process of template matching is detailed,including feature point extraction and similarity calculation.Finally,an analysis of the template matching results based on different image feature extraction methods is presented,the comparison of simulation experiment results indicates that the template matching method based on texture feature extraction demonstrates higher efficiency,with matching accuracy consistently above 96%.
