The Connotation Characteristics,Theoretical Framework,and Construction Design of the Monitoring System for the Industry-Education Integration Quality Platform in Higher Education in the Era of Digital Intelligence
This paper discusses the construction of monitoring system of production-education integration quality platform in higher education in the era of digital intelligence.The system aims to enhance the quality governance efficiency of industry-education integration through technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing.Its core essence includes quality-oriented intelligent upgrading,digital platform for collaborative governance,and intelligent perception network for comprehensive monitoring.The system construction has achieved initial results,but still faces problems such as incomplete monitoring system and non-standard data collection.The theoretical foundation covers collaborative governance theory,stakeholder theory,big data and information technology theory,etc.The analysis framework includes multiple dimensions such as goal setting,subject identification,construction of monitoring indicators system,construction of collaborative governance mechanism,and application of monitoring results.The construction design emphasizes principles such as independence,construction of professionalism,security,and scalability.The framework includes five layers of architecture:basic data layer,technical support layer,business logic layer,business application layer,and decision-making governance layer.The column planning covers first level columns such as quality monitoring,quality publishing,information services,and industry-education integration.
