Study on the Construction Strategies of Artificial Intelligence Professional Group in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of 1+X Certificate
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the impact on all walks of life is deepening day by day,and the need to cultivate high-quality compound innovative skills talents is becoming increasingly urgent.In view of the problems such as the lack of close connection between artificial intelligence professional groups and the industrial chain,the inaccurate setting of talent training goals,the low compatibility between the curriculum system and talent training,and the lack of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,under the 1+X certificate system,this paper discusses that through reforming the talent training model,building the 1+X certificate course system,building high-standard course teaching resources,carrying out the reform of teaching materials and teaching methods,building a high-level teachers team,and building a training platform integrating industry and education,we will improve the quality of professional group construction,promote professional construction and standard guidance,promote the reform of teaching resources and teaching methods,and strengthen industrial and social services to meet the new requirements for technical skills in the era of artificial intelligence.
